The only need is unity and proper planning, and this is the main reason for holding this convention in Dubai, so that all the problems, however small they may be, faced by Memons in any country, could be brought to focus and solved in a truly International Scale.

Mr. Aboo Tayob urged that the prosperity in Memons lied in their staying away from taking Zakaat and working hard instead to earn their livelihood. Mr. Abdurrazzak Tastee said "So that Memons get a foothold in all the sectors of this world and that they prosper and have a sense of pride that they are Memons, to improve their leadership abilities and address all problems that may arise, so that even we can be at par with other communities, we need to come together and take the decision to set up a truly International Memon Organization".

Mr. Adam Noor said "In the field of education, in India alone, every year there are 75 Memon Graduates, 400 Memon pass their matriculation in first class, there are hundreds of Doctors, Lawyers and Engineers, and all the credit for this goes to no other than the Memon Education and Welfare Society, which had come into force due to Memon Conference. In today's Memon Convention we have to take the same decision so that the current and the future generation can prosper.

Mr. Suleiman Bhiwandiwala, Mr. Farooq Motlani, Mr. Karim Meghani, Mr. Nisar Memon, and others gave their ideas about the welfare of Memons. Mr. Iqbal Sakrani, Mr. Nasir Fulara, and Mr. Pir Mohammed Kalia gave the Convention planning and strategies to implement the same. In the meet of the Second day, Mr. Abdul Gaffar Sabunwala, Mr. A. Aziz Ding, Mr. A. Kader Memon and Mr. Latif Ebrahim Jamal expressed their views. In between a steering committee was formed which would on a worldwide scale decide the name of the organization, make foundations, create new plans and during the current year a call for a second meeting to finalize the same.
