Chicken Kheema

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili; cook 2 minutes.

    Add minced chicken, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; cook 10–12 minutes.

    Add chopped tomatoes; simmer 8–10 minutes until gravy thickens.
