    Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.

    Add mashed potatoes and peas.

    Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and coriander powder.

    Mix in coriander leaves and salt.

    Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    Cool before using as filling for samosas.
