Egg Masala

Boiled eggs cooked in a spicy, tangy onion-tomato gravy.

Instructions

    Boil and peel eggs; set aside.

    Heat oil; sauté onions until golden.

    Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 1–2 minutes.

    Add tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric, and salt; cook 5–7 minutes.

    Add eggs; simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander.
