Instructions

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds

    Add onions, ginger, and chili, sauté

    Add chickpea flour and roast for 2 minutes

    Add water gradually to form thick paste

    Cook until thick and golden

    Add coriander

    Spread on greased tray, cut into pieces when cool

  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • to taste salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
