Mutton Masala

Tender mutton pieces cooked in a rich, spicy onion-tomato gravy. Slow-cooked to perfection.
Instructions

Heat oil in a heavy-bottom pan. Sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 2–3 minutes.

Add mutton, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Stir well and cook 10 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes; cover and simmer on low heat for 1–1.5 hours until mutton is tender.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.
