Seekh Kebab

Minced meat spiced with aromatic herbs and skewered, then grilled or pan-fried.

Instructions

    Mix minced meat with all spices and ginger-garlic paste. Knead well for 5 minutes.

    Shape onto skewers evenly.

    Grill or pan-fry on medium heat 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked and browned.

    Serve hot with chutney and naan.
