Instructions

    Rinse rice thoroughly

    Heat ghee, add bay leaf and cinnamon

    Add rice and toast for 2 minutes

    Add water and salt

    Bring to boil, then reduce heat

    Cover and cook for 15 minutes until water is absorbed

    Fluff with fork and serve
