Prawn Masala

Spicy prawns cooked in a rich onion-tomato gravy. Quick, flavorful, and perfect with rice or naan.

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili; cook 2 minutes.

    Add tomatoes, chili powder, and salt; cook 5 minutes until tomatoes soften.

    Add prawns and cook 5–7 minutes until prawns turn pink and fully cooked.

    Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
