Koki - Memon Spiced Flatbread

A traditional Memon breakfast flatbread with aromatic spices, best served with tea or curry.

Instructions

    Mix flour, salt, and cumin seeds.

    Add onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves.

    Add 2 tbsp oil and mix well.

    Add water gradually and knead into soft dough.

    Let rest for 15 minutes.

    Divide into 8 portions and roll into thin circles.

    Heat griddle and cook each koki with remaining oil until golden brown spots appear.
