Chicken Achari

Chicken cooked with pickling spices, giving a tangy, slightly spicy, and aromatic flavor.

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Add pickling spices and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

    Add sliced onions; sauté until golden brown.

    Stir in ginger-garlic paste; cook 2 minutes until aromatic.

    Add chicken, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook 10–12 minutes.

    Add chopped tomatoes; cover and simmer 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender.

    Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
