Mutton Korma

Tender mutton cooked in a rich, creamy yogurt and nut-based gravy.

Instructions

    Sauté onions until golden; add ginger-garlic paste.

    Add mutton, turmeric, and salt; sauté 10 minutes.

    Mix in yogurt and cashew paste; simmer 1–1.5 hours until tender.
