A festive version of do pyaza with more onions and a richer, deeper gravy.
Instructions

Fry 3 sliced onions until very dark golden; set aside.

Add ginger-garlic paste and 1 finely chopped onion to the pan.

Add chicken, spices, and salt; cook 15 minutes.

Add yogurt, tomatoes, and fried onions; simmer 25 minutes. Serve hot.
