Seviyan - Sweet Vermicelli

A traditional Memon sweet dish made with vermicelli, ghee, and dry fruits, often prepared during festivals and celebrations.

Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan, add vermicelli.

    Roast until golden brown, stirring constantly.

    In another pan, heat milk and add condensed milk.

    Add roasted vermicelli to milk.

    Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until vermicelli is soft.

    Add cardamom powder.

    Add dry fruits and raisins.

    Cook for 2 more minutes.

    Serve hot in bowls.
