Chicken Korma

A rich and creamy chicken dish cooked with yogurt, onions, and ground spices. Smooth, mildly spiced, and fragrant, often served on special occasions.

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste; cook 2 minutes.

    Add chicken, chili powder, turmeric, and salt; sauté 5–7 minutes.

    Stir in yogurt gradually, mix well. Cover and simmer 25–30 minutes until chicken is tender and sauce thickens.

    Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice or naan.
